Annie Betts is an attorney, CEO of Trinus Point Consulting, and an expert and recognized thought leader in the fields of communication and conflict resolution. Her clients are primarily families, family businesses, non-profits, and executives who come to her for consulting and facilitating internal conflicts within their family and/or business. Annie also works with theologians and the ordained ministry.

With thirty years of experience as an attorney, Annie’s speciality is helping clients resolve multi-layered conflicts with longstanding rifts that often span several years. Through her guidance, her clients successfully change their thought process, transform their surrounding culture, and pass it on within their family or business.

Annie is a qualified neutral under Minnesota Supreme Court ADR Rule 114. She also completed the Executive Leadership and Negotiation Program at Harvard Law School, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree at the University of Notre Dame. Trinus Point Consulting is not a litigation firm or a family law firm. Trinus Point is a conflict resolution and consulting firm for parties who desire in good faith to resolve conflicts in a confidential manner.
